"I want to pass along information regarding the model Spirit of Port Revel. Two weeks ago I was assigned to the vessel YM WARRANTY (LOA 366m) departing the Oakland Inner Harbor container facility, deepest draft of 14.65m. The vessel's maneuvering characteristics were exactly the same as the model on the lake in the 23k mode of operation. Every aspect of the vessel was the same from the main engine, rudder, bow thruster and sail area.

I'm glad that I had the opportunity to train on the model in June as it prepared me perfectly for real life. I thought providing feedback could be helpful for everyone at the school. Please pass this along to the instructors as well as the technicians/mechanics. Job well done making the model realistic.
